Delete your account

This page applies to Buddy, Premier Pros, and Premier Pros Crew accounts provided by Premier Cleaning Systems Inc.

Delete in the app

Open the app, sign in, select Account, then select Delete account. Review the notice and confirm the request. This permanently removes access to the account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in, email an account deletion request. Include which app you used and the email address on the account so we can verify ownership. Premier Pros operators may instead email operations@premierpros.com.

What is deleted

• Your profile, saved addresses, device tokens, and account preferences.
• Personal data in open requests or jobs when it is no longer needed to provide the service.
• Account access and authentication credentials.

What may be retained

Completed job, payment, payout, dispute, safety, and audit records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legal obligations. Personal information in those records is restricted and deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention period ends.
